As part of the dreamland Deutschland project, Goethe Institute asked me, along with three other artists, to facilitate a comics making workshop for high school students studying German. The workshop was done over two days and consisted of a range of warm up drawing games, and creative writing activities, finally culminating with the students making zines about an imagined journey to study in Germany, which many of the students were in fact aspiring to do after high school.
